How do we ADD new/additional users?

Please submit a Support Request online via the above Support Request form and select  Add a User on the form.

How do we DELETE users?

Please submit a Support Request online via the above Support Request form and select Delete a User on the form.

How can I reset my PASSWORD?

On the tevixPAS login screen, click the password reset link found next to the login area.  If you continue to have problems, Please submit a Support Request online via the above Support Request form and select Password rest issue on the form.

Our IP address has changed.  How do we update it in your system?

Please submit a Support Request online via the above Support Request form and select IP Change on the form.
